Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to me! I reserve this time just for you. If I have not received any communication from you within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a no show. Please understand that late cancellations and no-shows affect my ability to serve other clients. If there's a true emergency, please text 405-830-1950 so I can get you taken care of. 📅 Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance through GlossGenius. 💳 Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours): Will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. This fee is automatically charged to the card on file via GlossGenius. 🚫 No-Shows: Will be charged 100% of the service total. After two no-shows, you may be required to prepay for future appointments. 💳 Card Required to Book: A valid card is required to secure your appointment.
